Restarting Research
We have always taken hygiene very seriously in the department. We are aware that some people have concerns when attending hospitals. This has now been stepped up to a higher level to ensure you can attend the department safely and confidently.

Ischemia Trial
The Ischemia Trial is one of the most important recent trials. More than 200 patients were recruited into this trial at Northwick Park, which was the second highest recruitment site in the world, and the team attended the results presentation at the American Heart Association Conference in Philadelphia in November 2019.
